Maggie has extensive experience in implementing and optimizing projects; program and portfolio management and setting up a Project Office. Her key areas of experience include growth market, risk, strategy, client account, capacity building, and resource management. She is a visionary, performance-focused program director eager to offer dynamic leadership experience, as well as key academic credentials, industry training, and technical abilities, toward maximizing success. She is a Tri-lingual PMP and PROSCI CM Certified Director with experience in delivering multi-million-dollar projects within Healthcare, Telecommunications, Legal, Financial, Insurance and IT sectors in the USA and in sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, and DR. Congo). She also has experience in Projects coordinated in the fields of Economic Development, Commercial Agriculture, Social Infrastructure and Development, Water and Sanitation, Community Development, Food Security, Infrastructure and Value Chains.
